Refund Policy

Before you go ahead and purchase any pre-recorded dance class on badriyahbellydance.com, we encourage you to go through the sample provided and make sure the material of the video is as per your expectation.

Badriyah will not be able to Cancel, Refund or Replace the watched video (taken dance class) due to the electronic nature of the content.

If a video dance class does not play due to technical issues, you can place a refund request, within 14 days of your purchase of the class. You will receive a full cost back. No credit or refund will be issued if you request it after the 14-day guarantee time limit has passed.

You are entitled to a 100% refund upon order cancellation for a video course purchased as long as it satisfies the following -

• The cancellation is requested within 14 days of purchase of the online course.

• The dance video was not watched from your side (that information has to correlate with our statistics).

All the approved refunds will be paid within 15-20 business days from the date of the approval.

At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our cancellation/refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and restrict all future use of our Services.
